About Matt

Matt Rubano is an Electric and Acoustic Bassist from New York.  After attending The Berklee College of Music, Matt  began his session career playing on the Grammy winning “Miseducation Of Lauryn Hill”.   As a member and co-songwriter  for Taking Back Sunday (Warner Bros) they toured the world, sold millions of albums and have 2 RIAA certified gold records.  Matt’s versatility and love of all genres of music have earned him various performing and recording experiences including iconic stages like Madison Square Garden and Lincoln Center.  You may also have seen Matt as a host and occasional panelist on various shows on Fuse TV.

Matt endorses Aguilar Amplification and pedals, and DR Strings.
